Canceling An Order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed you may do so! If you have an Account simply navigate to the Orders Page and select the Refund option next to the product you would like to cancel. If you checked out as a Guest simply navigate to the Order Tracking Page & enter your Order # and Email. From there you may request a Refund and we will reimburse you fully; please allow up to 5 business days to see the funds returned to your account.
If the order has already been shipped before receiving your refund request please continue down to Returning An Item.
Returning an Item
*We do not accept returns for On-Sale Items

If your order has already been shipped, or you have received your order and wish to return one or more items for a refund then this would be considered a Return. We accept returns within 14 days of processing the order. The item must be in a like-new, unworn, unwashed condition.
If you have an Account, you may initiate a return by navigating to the Orders Page. Guests may initiate a return by navigating to the Order Tracking Page & entering your Order # and Email. Now select “Refund” next to the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address; once we recieve the item(s) we will initiate the refund process & notify you. **We are not able to offer free return shipping at this time. We look forward to offering this in the near future as we grow!**
